Wagner:
Tell me about yourself.
I’m a good boy; I try to listen to what everyone asks me to do. But a lot of the time I just want to play and do what I want to do.
What are your favorite things?
I love to play, I will play anything but I really love to jump up all the way off the ground and then run as fast as I can. I have gotten really good at chewing big bones up, I like to do that at night time.
What is your job?
My job is to watch everyone, I like my job except when people are in different rooms, then I have to keep walking back and forth. When I stop barking I will be able to work with Mom like Jilly does, but I like to bark.
Jill:
Why do you stare?
It feels good to be quiet and listen to everything going on around me. Sometimes I feel like I dissolve into everything around me.
What is your favorite smell?
Soft smells, I like the way the towels and sheets smell out of the dryer. The smell is so comforting. Sometimes I go into the dryer when it is being emptied just to get all cozy.
What do you like about animal communication?
I like being included; I really do not like to be ignored.
Jewel:
How has your life changed with animal communication?
I breathe easier - nice and deep and relaxed, I really feel understood.
Are there any drawbacks to animal communication?
I still don't get as many carrots as I would like.
What is your favorite time of day?
I know that everyone thinks it is feed time but it is really going outside in the morning. I love to smell the air and see all the trees; it makes me so happy. Feed time is the next closest time though.
